At Sanctuary Co., each item is handmade in small batches with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.

🕯️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as holidays, launches, or special events, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Sanctuary Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

📍 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Sanctuary Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

🔥 Weather & Heat Disclaimer (Candles)

Due to the nature of candles and wax products, melting may occur during warmer temperatures. While we package items carefully, we cannot guarantee condition once the package is in transit or exposed to extreme heat.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Sanctuary Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend choosing secure delivery locations whenever possible.
