To be eligible for a replacement:• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging• Include your order number in your message

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

We take great care in packaging all orders securely; however, Sanctuary Co. is not responsible for:• Damage caused by shipping carriers• Delivery delays• Weather conditions, heat exposure, or melting• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages• Acts of nature or “acts of God” beyond our control

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
