🔁 Replacements
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.
To be eligible for a replacement:• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging• Include your order number in your message
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.

In rare and special circumstances, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. These decisions are made individually and are not guaranteed.
📦 Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
We take great care in packaging all orders securely; however, Sanctuary Co. is not responsible for:• Damage caused by shipping carriers• Delivery delays• Weather conditions, heat exposure, or melting• Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages• Acts of nature or “acts of God” beyond our control
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Due to the nature of wax products, slight softening, sweating, or frosting may occur during warm weather or transit. This is normal and does not affect product quality or performance.
