This website is operated by Sanctuary Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sanctuary Co.

2. Use of Our Site

You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Products & Services

  • All products are handmade and may vary slightly.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Payment must be received before orders are processed.

  • All sales are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Returns & Refunds on Product Orders :

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request a return, please email us at gardennof.artemis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

    • Used candles or bath products

    • Crystals or smudge sticks

    • Custom-made or seasonal items

    • Gift boxes and sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

6. Events & Workshops

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Late arrivals may miss a portion of the session.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for missed events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, and designs—is the property of Sanctuary Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona.
