Prohibited Vendor Types

I acknowledge that resellers of mass-produced items (e.g., Amazon/Shein merchandise), cell phone reps, real estate agents, insurance agents, and corporate solicitors are not permitted. My application may be denied without refund if I misrepresent my offerings.

Required Equipment Acknowledgment

⚠️ Vendor Requirement:

All vendors must bring their own canopy, minimum 25lb weights per leg, and a table. We do not provide any equipment. Failure to comply may result in denial of setup at the event.

I confirm that I will bring my own canopy, weights, and table for setup. I understand that I cannot vend without these items.

Arrival, Setup & Breakdown Rules

I agree to arrive during the designated setup window (1.5 hours-30 min BEFORE) Late arrivals may forfeit their spot. I will not pack up or leave before the end of the event unless cleared by an event coordinator.

Non-Refundable Vendor Fees

I understand that vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. No credits or refunds will be given for no-shows unless discussed previously with market coordinator/manager.

Weather & Outdoor Event Policy

I acknowledge that this is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine unless there is a declared weather emergency or cancelled by market coodinator/manager. I am responsible for protecting my setup and merchandise.

Vendor Conduct & Community Guidelines

I agree to behave respectfully toward other vendors, staff, and attendees. Hate speech, discrimination, or aggressive selling tactics will result in removal from the event without refund.

Electricity & Power Use

I understand that access to electricity is not guaranteed. I may only use provided power if I’ve paid for it, or I must bring my own power banks.

Liability Waiver

I agree to hold Borderlands Market and its affiliates harmless for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that occurs during the event.
